ok, so i have just setup dropbox on my pc using a particular email address, from waht i can see it is all ok.

also, i needed to access dropbox on my new samsung tab. The samsung apps dont have dropbox, but google pay do, so, to download dropbox on my tablet, i go to Google Play, have ot setup a gmail account/email then download dropbox.

but what i think google play or my tablet may have done is attached the gmail address to the dropbox account on my tab which of course is different to my email account on dropbox on my desktop.

is this normally what google would do? or am i doing something else wrong?
