On timing of BD and ovulation

DS1 was correct
DS2 should have been a girl
DD should have been a boy

ETA: I was not gender swaying.... I was trying to fall PG or not fall PG. so first and third child were the result of BD at ovulation to try and fall PG. DS2 was result of BDing and then getting a faint line on OPk I dictation beginning of a surge and we didn't want to fall PG then, so we did not BD again. bd was 5 days prior. Murph yes law of course was we were PG.

I'm pretty sure the first post on the gender swayers group has a list of people who are trying for a certain gender, and people who have tried and wether or not they succeeded (well it did 3 years ago when i was on there biggrin.gif)

We used the O+12 method to concieve DD2, and obviously we got a girl original.gif I also changed my diet, and a couple of other things. The gender swayers buddy group is awesome, and you can also try the in gender website for more info original.gif

the only one I know of that has some scientific study back up is a high calorie intake slightly increases the chance of a boy. High-calorie diet linked to boys

I think I once read something about high stress levels (i.e. post 9/11) lead to more girls.

The difference is pretty tiny though!

My GP told me about this gender of baby stuff in 1965. It is the one where you have to know when you ovulate and the males get there the fastest, but die off quickly and then the females take over. Worked for me everytime. DS1, DD1, DS2.

Diet didn't come into it, nor did tight underpants or warm baths.

That's the one I know about.....tracking ovulation, I knew every time I ovulated and bd'd right at that time ....this was more for fertility issues and the fact that I wasn't conceiving than trying to sway for A particular gender...but anyway, I got two boys!

And that is why you had two boys Lucretia Borgia - the egg was released and you BD'd at the same time and the males swam the fastest - Spot On!
