How do singles who work night shift meet people?, A question from my BIL

My BIL is a nice guy. He works on a permanent night shift roster. He is looking for love, but finds his nocturnal body clock works against him when trying to get out and meet people. He is at home/asleep when everyone is at work, then at work when everyone else is out socialising. He has his son on the weekends, which restricts him to some locations. We would all like to see him find someone to be happy with, if someone has a suggestion or 2 I can pass on, that would be great. I have been with my hubby since I was 17 and have been married for over 9 years, so I am not really experienced on the singles scene. He is 34, has an 11 yo son, likes V8 supercar racing. He has started going to the pool after work @ 6am to lose some weight and increase his fitness. He lives is a large semi-rural nsw town. Thanks for your help. Fi xo

My BIL met his now wife on e-harmony. BIL was also a shift worker, though his rotated through day and night as well as weekends.

I met my wonderful partner on RSVP. I would definitely suggest internet dating.

This is a Formal Cheese occasion.
Internet dating! I used to go out on coffee dates in the hour or two before starting work in the evening (also did permanent nights.)

I dated a 3rd shift worker. We met online. Not net dating but through a gaming forum. I was a 3rd shift worker and I just went out on my nights off. I could outlast them all! I met someone at the club I regularly went to who, a couple years later, I wound up seriously dating for over two years.
