Thanks, but by the time I put in the size of the box etc it added $35 postage and then it's only a $65 saving. I was hoping to get them sent direct. I know there's places that do it, but people don't post who they are or else they stop sending them...

I do know that some physio clinics sell them, or they can get them for you. Why don't you see if Rebel Sports or one of those type of sport shops can get them.

I got mine off ebay from runners buffet and their customer service was fantastic. They ended up being $100 cheaper than I could get them for here. they also have a great referral system and if you run a marathon or half marathon after you buy from them you get a discount on your next pair of shoes I think (sorry, don't have all the details in front of me). They also sent me free socks:)

Brooks and Asics are those tough brands that in their infinite wisdom, have made it tough to almost impossible to buy cheaply. Don't get me started on the price of runners in Oz!
I have bought Brooks from their DFO outlets but again the savings are not as good as from the US.
Have you tried Wiggle?

I ended up switching brands to something easier to get in.

I saw them in at Athlete's Foot, however I don't want to pay $250 for a pair of runners that are being sold for half that in the US... They were comfy, but not that comfy!

I tried looking for them, but I couldn't get anything to come up under that username. The runners I want are the Trance 12, and there's only a couple of people in the US selling them on ebay and one in Taiwan. I'm a bit dubious about the ebay thing - I'd rather buy from a store so I know they're not fakes. Especially from the guy in Taiwan...

Yeah, I tried Wiggle last night. They don't ship here either. I'm thinking that I'm going to try some Mizuno's instead. Might be a little easier to get in... I'm still hoping I'll magically come across a little shop in the middle of nowhere that will ship them here laugh.gif

I had a look there, but they won't ship the runners I want either. Thanks anyway.

Off to do a bit more searching. Open to more suggestions if anyone else comes across somewhere that will ship Brooks here direct!

We just bought the mens Trance 12 for DS1 from Running Warehouse there shipping can be exxy for only 1 pair of shoes though $40 from memory. It normally evens out with a coupon code but Brooks won't allow a coupon unfortunately.
