Train your dog, it's worth it!
The first thing you need to do is seek advice from your Vet.

There are special diets that could benefit your dog (J/D from the Hills Science Range - joint diet), supplements such as Sacha's Blend, a range of medications that can assist and course of injections.

But, in order to know what's best for your dog, you need to talk to a Vet, who can assess your dog's needs.

Oh, and we have a Pet Section, for all animal related queries. original.gif

I had a 15 year old border collie who had arthritis and we used to get her a Cartrophen injection in the winter months and it helped immensely. I also had her on Science Diet for older dogs, as it was lower in fat. You do need to look after them when they get old, so listen to what your Vet tells you.
