How do I get cold pasta to be not sticky???

|
When you cook it and drain it, rinse it under cold water. It removes the extra starch and stops it being sticky.

|
For a pasta salad, run it under cold water n the colander straight after cooking. But if you're going to use it hot later with pasta sauce, then mix in a little olive oil instead.
