I bought the recent Scoopon Deal for Reading Eggs for my 4 year old DD. I have been trying to activate it, but have had no success. We already have an inactive Reading Eggs account, so just need to "enter the Promo code" to proceed. But I can't work out which code I am meant to use. I have actually tried every code that appears to be in the initial email and the Scoopon voucher itself - none work. I have sent an inquiry to Scoopon (6 days ago) - no response. I have tried the Reading Eggs online enquiries - no reply.

Anyone else had any problems?

Sorry I can't help with this deal but I purchased a scoopon deal in Jan that was for some name stickers for belongings etc. Similar story when I tried to activate. I emailed them and finally got a reply about 2 weeks later saying they had rectified the problem and I could now use it. I would try call them.

Some deals don't become active until a certain time, usually after the time frame to buy the offer has past. Could it be that?
