Hi. Bit of a silly question but I'm asking seriously.

I am going to a year 11 info evening with my DSD tonight at her school (local public). What should I wear? I haven't been to anything like this before.

Jeans and a nice top? Informal dress?

I am a SAHM so my normal clothes are pretty casual.

Thanks so much!

Definately casual, jeans and a nice top would be fine.

Jeans and a nice top will be fine. Lots of people will still be dressed in their work clothes.

Depends what sort of school it is I suppose. Around abouts where I live the staff would be ecstatic if any parents even just turned up. You could wear your oldest trackies, thongs and a t-shirt that says "I heard you, I just don't give a sh*t" and they would still be over whelmingly happy that you made that much effort.

Thanks for the quick responses! Jeans and a nice top it will be :-)

Her dad is away on business so it's just me, stepmum, so I wanted to get it right.
