That's so strange and sad. Surely even if the carers have struck disaster, someone else - neighbours, friends, relatives - must know this little boy.

How strange...why would no one be looking for him? Surely someone knows who he is?

I've just shared this on FB as I live in the area. Must be the street for it though, about 6 weeks ago a friend and I found an elderly lady in the early morning who had no idea who she was or whe she lived in the same street.
