Which course?

Ok so on Friday with the support of higher managment my manager has informed me that they are happy to pay for me to do a Bachelors in the affiliated field that I work in. I was looking online and have found what applies is a Health Services Management degree. However all I can find is postgrad, masters & doctorates in Health Services Management. I need an undergrad degree that will appropriate that will lead into a postgrad degree. Does anyone have an idea if it's a start off in Bachelor of Business Admin or if there is a specific path I need to follow. The Uni websites and the professional body only give me info on postgrad degrees which I need an undergrad to be able to enter into. TIA

Everybody that I know who has qualifications in health administration/management did so in a postgrad course. Many I know did this at La Trobe, I found this one on their website, would it be suitable?

QUT offers a Bachelor of Health Science in health services management if you're in Qld. UQ Ipswich also offers one, but it has a work placement component.

I'm in the Melbourne Northern Suburbs. I looked at the post grad course but I can't get into it unless I do an undergrad in medical or health. My manager at work isn't so helpful as he did a medical science degree then did post grad in helath services management. I might call deakin in the morning Thanks All

Can you qualify for postgrad based on your work experience? You don't always need an undergrad qualification.

Unfortunately not. I looked into that option but because most of my Medical Admin experience isn't in a hospital environment they wont count it, I have been in the hospital system for 12 months but have worked for professional medical bodies. I have total 5 years experience but they will only count 1. It's frustrating.
