I use a Nutella frosting on plain vanilla cupcakes. The cupcakes are so easy to make and are a suitable base for so many flavours that I just keep a batch in the freezer.
I whip up equal amounts of pure cream and Nutella to make the frosting. It is delicious. I have used the frosting on hazelnut cupcakes as well to boost the nuttiness. For grown ups, I would add some frangelico to the frosting. |

Thanks Lucy, sounds divine.
I ended up making these http://www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipe/kims-...fins-L1010.html I added about 3 tablespoons of nutella and 60gm of hazelnut meal, i used brown sugar instead of castor sugar. Mmmmmmmm. so good. |
