I haven't re-signed from last round as I am 2-3kg off my goal weight. I go to Contours, which from an exercise point of view doesn't look compatible with L&F or especially L&S.
But I'm missing the motivation from the forums. Last round finished only a week or two into the school year, DD is still in 'phase-in' mode for kinder (another 2 weeks of this!) meaning I'm in the car constantly or waiting about for kinder to finish or school - kinder and school are a 30min drive one way from home - 1hr round trip. So I need some accountability and motivation. Is anyone up for a graduate's group? |

Great idea. I "graduated" at the end of 2011. Does that still count. I exercise more than her plan but I have been a bit naughty food wise. Would love to get down to 60kg ( I am currently 64).

Yes it does!
I planned to get up and go to the gym this morning, but woke up at 6.20am. Too late for the gym. Gotta set that alarm. Plus DH had the TV on in bed last night and Embarassing Bodies came on - my favourite show. So we stayed up late watching it. So, no TV in bed Start setting the alarm again. |

Lol. I love that show. I slept in as well because DS came in at 4 and it took me an hour to get him back to bed. But I will do a boxing class while dd is at dancing.

Is that for current or past 12wbters? Or does it not matter? Legs day was hard - 2 days later the soreness kicked in. I was away in the Vic Alps at the weekend for a study course and after the intros I called out "If anyone wants to go for a run let me know" Well, there were about half a dozen runners in the group. So we went running throughout the weekend and I am sore! It was great though, as I'd only run on the treadmill and this was on a hiking track with soft ground. Food was a different storey. This study course sees us meet twice a month and each day is sponsored by a different organisation who provides the catering. We were warned that in each of the previous groups they all put on weight. I didn't work my a*se off (literally, it looks good) for 3 months only to have scones and cream for morning tea. I'm thinking I'll get organised and take my own snacks, if not lunch as well. I didn't follow a menu plan last week but the plan is today to dig out week 2 from the last round and follow it. |

Mostly current EBers on their first 12wbt but I have done a few rounds so your experience would be great. I'm also a runner and would have loved to get out and run where you did, sounds great but those morning tea's would be my undoing
