sanity is overrated
I bought a kids snow suit off ebay.
It arrived monday. The sleeve of the wrist has come unstiched (like this when it arived)
This appeara to be a business not an individual seller with 1500 feedback.
I msg'd them monday and again today to make them aware of the fault.
How long would you give them before leaving negative feedback/lodging a dispute with paypal?

If they haven't responded by tomorrow dispute with PayPal, I wouldn't leave any feedback until its sorted.
