Hi, I took beef mince out of freezer to defrost in fridge on Monday, can I still use it today?

How long after you purchased. Was it frozen? Was it from the butcher or supermarket?
Frozen same day from supermarket i probably would use it |

If your fridge is super cold like mine it would have taken two days to defrost, so it would have been thawed yesterday.
Mmm nah not mince, steak I would but mince is dodgy at the best of times. |

Depends on when it was frozen. I would use it if it was frozen they day it was bought with a few days until its used by.
