Hi, I took beef mince out of freezer to defrost in fridge on Monday, can I still use it today?

How long after you purchased. Was it frozen? Was it from the butcher or supermarket?

Frozen same day from supermarket i probably would use it

If your fridge is super cold like mine it would have taken two days to defrost, so it would have been thawed yesterday.
Mmm nah not mince, steak I would but mince is dodgy at the best of times.

Depends on when it was frozen. I would use it if it was frozen they day it was bought with a few days until its used by.
