Does anyone have a good chocolate cake recipe that doesn't use eggs? We out and I don't really want to run to the supermarket...

Me too!

Bananas are another substitute - they bind the cake together. About half a mashed banana per egg.

Thanks, I wanted to give this a try (stollen from another thread). Do you think it will work with apple or banana?

I made the '5min choc mug cake' the other day (google for recipe), I doubled the quantity to make a small cake ..... didn't realise until after that I left the eggs out (was supposed to have 2 eggs for the quantity I made) ..... couldn't tell!!
