My 3 year old has been fully toilet trained for approx a month.

He sits down to do a wee which is fine, whatever works for him at the moment.

He will only go to the toilet in my ensuite usually (also an excuse to get access to my bedroom), I've noticed the past few days that all I can smell in there is urine. This morning I gave the floors and toilet a good clean but it still stinks.

Any opinions? Advice? On what to do?

Assuming you've cleaned the outside of the toilet bowl and the walls beside/behind the toilet, the next step is to unscrew the lid of the toilet, take it off, and marvel at the puddles of semi-evaporated urine around the screws. Clean it all up, and the smell will disappear.

It's a step of the toilet cleaning process people don't know exists until they encounter a toilet user with bad aim.

Try giving everything a good wipe over with a half/half mix of white vinegar and water. I do this in my kids toilet as even though DS is 10yo, he still misses when he gets up half asleep. I have even used it on a dryer on which a tomcat sprayed and it got rid of the stench
