I need to buy 2 car seats for our second car for our 4 month old and 2.5 yr old. The 2.5 yr old stil frequently sleeps in the car.

The most important features for me are :
1. safety rating
2. size (the car it is going into is only a small -medium sized car and would love to be able to still have a passager fit in the 3rd sit on occasion)

what would you recommend if price was not an issue? At the moment I am thinking about with the compaq or the neon for the 4 month old. As for the 2.5 yr old, I am really torn as what to get.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If price is no issue I would get the Compaq for the 4 month old and a SNS Maxi Rider Easy adjust for the 2.5y old, the maxi has two recline positions so hopefully the most reclined of those would be sufficient for your two year old when asleep.

Or you could get a Compaq for the two year old and a neon for the baby as the compaq lasts longer FF, that way you can pass the compaq on to the baby once your two year old has outgrown it.

Well my 3 year old is in a compaq with plenty of room to grow so I would get 2 compaqs

Both are options. Depends on what you want and how much you are willing to pay.

Compaq/Maxi Easy Adjust being the more expensive option, Compaq/Neon being the cheaper option.

Both are good options. We don't have CREP ratings on any of these seats, so that does not come into play.
