Hi. Could anyone recommend a company to have a building inspection, pest inspection or both from the same company in Newcastle please? We are buying a house and might have found one today but thought we should get this ready to go for when an offer is accepted.

Also, can anyone recommend a solicitor or conveyancer to handle the house purchase?

If therre is anything else I should know, please point me in the right direction.
