Me, I've started and haven't even served dinner (whoops). I was so bored today that I couldn't be bothered cooking until late !

I needed the rest, I've started a new job where I don't sit and it is very hard work which I love love love. after two weeks I'm not used to sitting lol

I wish! My mum, aunt and uncle have polished off three bottles already. I'd love to partake, but given my aunt just told me I've gained weight since Christmas (I haven't), it's probably a good thing I'm doing FebFast...

I'm a school learning support officer (teacher aide) in a special ed primary class (high needs). We have kinder kids and are just trying to settle them into school. Totally awesome school and job, working with amazing people. I'm learning day by day and I'm so happy.

I'm studying to be a minister. Nah, I was just being a verger for a wedding. And the stupid electronic bell system chose today to play up, so I couldn't even ring the bells properly for them!

My in laws are down...they minded DS2 as I had to work a couple of days last week and our nanny broke her ankle! Nasty break, has a cast on it ..on crutches.....etc etc....so MIL and her husband came down, it's very generous of them...drove all the way to Sydney from Tamworth ...I do appreciate it, but yeh....

....I'm having a few drinks tonight!

I bought a new washing machine today. My current one needs to be fixed AGAIN and I'm sick of putting money into it. It's only 6 years old and has had at least 4 or 5 repairs. They have all been under warranty except for the last one in July that cost $313.

I figured that for the minimum $300 it was going to cost to repair it I may as well spend $600 and get a brand new one with a 5 year extended warranty. New machine arrives on Monday. I nearly bought a new fridge too.

Apart from that, I spent the day researching washing machines and fridges on the internet, and entertaining the 3yo. And I shaved my legs.

Now the 3 of us are in the lounge together and watching 'Bondi Vet'. Very exciting here!

Lucretia Borgia Ouch! Your poor nanny! I badly sprained both of my ankles and had a hairline fracture in one in December and that was painful enough. The ankle that had the fracture still hurts and is still healing. How long will your nanny need to be off work for?
