What do you think? Is Facebook really worth it? Or does it just cause more drama then good?

Facebook doesn't cause anything.

Some people cause drama and these days they use social networking to increase the drama.

I wish my Facebook was drama. It's boring as hell and everyone behaves.

I have never experienced a drama on facebook.

I'd like to know where all the alleged drama is cos I don't ever see any.

It is all in how you use it. You won't find me on Facebook, I am hidden. I use it as a tool to keep in touch with my immediate family who are interstate and overseas (via a private group) and extended family. Only my friends can see my posts.

It has been great. It instantly experience pictures or quick video of my nieces ballet performance half a world away is great.

This is the same as mine but I don't have 400 friends who I never talk to I have my immediate family and friends only. I decided I didn't need every single person I have ever talked to, went to school with or worked for.

Tonight I am considering deactivating my Facebook because of my 'friends' posts. My DH thinks I am over thinking it but I feel they are rubbing their 'happy little family' in my face all day everyday! For gods sake we get it...you have kids and that's great but enough is enough!
In answer to your question- yes it can be more trouble than it's worth!

This is what I meant, though I probably worded it poorly. My news feed is full of un-needed rubbish/drama/fights etc. and I guess I was wondering if everyone experienced the same.

Of course it likely speaks volumes about the people I have as 'friends' on there.
