There is currently two people walking around the area looking at houses (looked in my windows!) and seemingly casing the area.

I have alerted the police and all of my neighbours. The advice is to keep everything locked, all blinds/curtains closed and keep a phone handy to call the police if anything happens, even if you think it may be insignificant!

Thankfully, a neighbour of mine spotted the pair looking through my windows and messaged me on facebook. I was blissfully unaware of what was happening as I was sitting in the lounge to the rear of the house. The blinds were closed but our side gate was open and I heard the fly screen door at the laundry being slid across. I investigated and no one was there at the time. I have since padlocked my side gate and taken all of the precautions advised by police.

Looks like I might be in for a long night!
