I don't know if I should go back to my doctor for some Valium, but I am trying to do this on my own. After reading a book until about 10.30pm, I try to get to sleep and this doesn't happen until about 4.am. Subsequently, I don't get up until about 9.am, but really that is only 5 hours sleep and I think we need more than that for wellbeing. Does anyone have any tips regarding insomnia? It is too hot for warm baths and I only have white wine in the house.
