Do you an activity because you enjoy the adrenaline rush? I am realising I think I enjoy adrenaline and perhaps cheated half my life by not living that way. I remember throwing myself into mountain climbing with experienced climbers when I was 19 - and breathing in that top of mountain air and it truly was an amazing experience. Now I am training for Roller Derby - every session I feel like I'm in a big adrenaline rush - it pushes me to the edge and I crave more!!

I was driving home today surrounded by storms in Melbourne and couldn't help thinking I would love to be struck by lightning just once (in a car or something). Storms make me go wild I love them so much! I would purposely stand out in the middle of a storm just to breath it in.

I love bodyboarding and there is no better feeling that going to the back of the ocean and taking a huge wave and riding the top of the wave and crashing down in a big bang! The sense of achievement, rush and awesomeness gets me every time!!

Do you seek adrenaline and what do you do?? Do you think it is normal to love activities that cause an adrenaline rush??

This is a Formal Cheese occasion.
No, I hate the feeling that adrenaline gives me. I experience it a lot at work and as soon as it's over or the first adrenaline 'wave' passes, I'm a shaking crying mess.

I think I'm very sensitive to the adrenaline hormone.
