Yep, I do, in a zippered laundry/lingerie mesh bag.

Yes, I have washed DD's stuffed teddy many times. He comes out perfect, smelling all nice and clean and his fur looks the same as before, just cleaner. I just throw him in with the normal load though you may want to try on a gentle cycle if you arent sure.

I wash them on a hand wash or woollens cycle with a bit of wool and delicate wash. They are soft and still okay after multiple washes.

That's what I do, even works with toys stuffed with beans. They do look a little sad pegged to the clothesline though

Yes, I always have. Depending on how sturdy the soft toy is, I choose appropriate wash cycle and soak.

I certainly have washed PB (Polar Bear) many times, but then again Polar Bears like water.

yes. I have even washed toys I have made in the machine. They are usually fine. - gentle wash, cold water

I have washed plenty in the machine, on a gentle cycle and with cotton sheets. For more delicate items I might put inside a lingerie bag (especially if it contained beads that could come out) and might also wrap in a bunny rug.

Just be aware that some hard bits like the eyes might have the paint rub off during the wash. Big Bird never looked at us the same after his first wash.
