How stressful for you! DD1 did something similar when she was a toddler. I know how upsetting it can be and how guilty it can make you feel.
On the upside, I doubt it would do much harm, as kids can also take folate tablets.
ETA-Do you know how many were left in the bottle? Can you work out how many you pulled out of her mouth? That may be the only way to know for sure how much she had.
I know that too much iron isn't good in children, but if you're sure she didn't take too much or you got most of it out of her mouth, maybe a trip to a doctor might help to ease your mind.
