I have 8 egg whites left over from 2 batches of home-made icecream.

I don't want to make anything sweet and I hate egg-white only scrambled eggs.

Any other suggestions as to how I can use them up?

Pavlova?

I made a butterscotch ice cream just last night and have 5 egg white sitting in my fridge too. One was a bit dodgy and I dropped some yolk in so out it went.

I think I might make some friands myself!

Egg white omelets or quiche.

Or if you're feeling kind, bake a double batch of macarons!

Marriage, fun? Fiddle-dee-dee. Fun for men you mean
I have 8 egg whites left over from my icecream making on friday too.

I split it into 2 freezer bags (4 egg whites each) and put them in freezer.

I'll think of something to do with them another day!
