I am particularly interested in calcium, magnesium, iron and Vitamin B3... Something which is high absorption, high dose and preferably organic?

Many thanks in advance 

Hi sounds like it's mainly the essential minerals you need. I think there's a rule about taking them together, if I remember right, you shouldn't be taking iron with magnesium. There's a great book called" the vitamin bible" where you have everything explained including natural sources and doses. I'm not sure about the best brand but the main thing is always to look at the ingredients and see if they're of natural origin. Crushed organic egg shells are a great source of calcium if you want to go natural biggrin.gif There's also a good liquid iron with herbs called Floradix which I have been using and have friends that were happy with it. Most natural health food stores also have a naturopath that can help with the choice. Hope this helps !

Buying everything separate is much too expensive.

I have tried Swisse, however have found Nature's Own - Rest and Restore TO BE THE BEST. I feel so much better the next morning, I have energy, am not tired or lethargic and in general function really well.

If I am aching a lot I take a separate magnesium tablet and also fish oil.

I wouldn't be taking high doses of any of those except on medical advice.

Agree. Don't take any of these without a blood test. I suppose a daily multi vitamin is OK for most people but not high doses of the ones you have said.

Metagenics is an honest and pure brand.

As other PPs have said, I would consult someone first before embarking on anything in high dosage.

In Sydney, I know of two shops that sell vitamins and are staffed by naturopaths, or equally knowledgeable practitioners and I suggest you seek them (those kinds of shopes) out and get their advice too.
