# is a topic so you can find others talking about the same thing eg #MKR is finding others talking about My Kitchen Rules.

@ is an address name eg @manufeidel is for Manu. So you can contact him directly.

I do like My Kitchen Rules as you can tell Tounge1.gif

# you use as a sort of search function. You can hashtag anything really and then people can search for specific hashtags. So you could hashtag #havingabadday and then you can search for everyone else who has used the same hashtag.

@ is to tag other twitter users in a post
