My house was clean yesterday...Sorry, you missed it!
Help!!

DF works away on an oil and gas rig (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off) when he is home i am happy, motivated and can usually keep on top of the housework and kids and so excited to be planning our Engagement party and eventually, Wedding. Once he is gone its like a slip into a mild depression. I can't keep on top of the housework, Im so snappy at the kids thru the day i have no energy or motivation, i honestly just want to sleep all day. What is wrong with me?

Yes so the last week i haven't been for a walk due to the rain, i was in a minor car accident so i don't have my car at the moment as its in at the smash repairs, so there are those factors tho this seems to happen every time DF is away at work.
I find that ive turned to comfort eating too. When DF is home i watch what a eat fairly well and exercise daily tho when he's gone i turn into a crazed monster who just wants to eat ohmy.gif

Its seriously driving me crazy!!

Any Ideas or anyone feeling the same?
