older than I feel
Has anyone had this done?
I used to think maybe it was a bit of a crock, but the house we are now in seems to blow dust out of the heating ducts and the vents on the cooling also seem quite dirty.
Is it worth it? Does it make the system any healthier or more efficient?
And, then of course, does anyone have a recommendation for a good company - we are in Melbourne and have 21 outlets in total (heating and cooling) so I expect it will be fairly expensive but probably worth getting them all done at the same time.

We have a r/c ducted unit. I vacuum/wipe/rinse the vents and filters myself.

We get the unit 'serviced' annually. They do what I do inside the house and then they also clean the outside unit.
