Some names or terms people find offensive are not allowed or deleted pretty quickly. However when names or terms others find offensive are used, they are allowed to stand and nothing done or said?

Because one term is offensive and in the other case someone is being overly sensitive to something that is generally considered inoffensive? I'm just guessing though, having no idea what you're talking about.
