I am about to take over the lease of my dads house and hes decided that he wont leave me with any money for the bond (Even though he just sold his last house and is sitting on A LOT of money).

I am after getting a bond loan, I live in North Queensland and wouldn't have the slightest clue where or what to do in applying for one.

Has anyone on here applied and what do i need for the application?

Not sure why you think your dad should just leave you money.

I think there is a Centrelink payment of sorts that can help, maybe start there.

You then pay it back at $25 a fortnight (atleast that's how it works in WA).
