I noticed that The Amazing Race isn't on this Thursday night - is that because of the Commonwealth Games? If someone knows, could you tell me?! I was looking forward to watching it but obviously it's not on. Thank you

Not on in QLD.... grrr! I love that show so much, its just so thrilling the way they cut it all together. Sad to see those guys leave last week, I was hoping the two screaming ladies would leave, how irritating were they!

its so annoying isn't it? Why do channels 10 and 7 have to take off their good shows just cause 9 are showing games? Not everyone CARES about the games............

On Wednesday & Thursday night channel 7 are showing a D GRADE mini-series called 'end of the world'. A very dramatic show starring Darryl Hannah where humans and aliens fight to the death. I saw the first ad last night and it looks very very bad, both in acting & plot.

I'm not happy either that they've taken off Lost and The Amazing Race. Neither's DH, he works nights, so he's in bed by 7.30. So I tape them for him, and we watch them the next day after he gets home from work. Now he'll just have to go straight to sleep

That tele movie, looks very painful to watch. Might need to get a DVD I think.

I love the Amazing Race and was sooo looking forward to watching it on Thursday with no kids at home

I must say that this is the first series that I do not have a favourite.

The old coupple seem to always be complaining and the sisters I just wish they would stop yelling!

I just had a terrible thought - is it off for the WHOLE of the commonwealth games??!! As in, for the next TWO WEEKS!!!! Oh NO! Lost too

Favourites... Mine were kicked off last week Apart fron them, I like the (self professed) geek couple, they are hilarious.

I think it IS off for the two weeks of the Commonwealth Games. I agree with what's been said, the mini-series that's on for the next two nights looks v. bad, and that not everyone cares about the Games!

Prison Break isn't on either, but we will watch "Spicks n Specks" and "Little Britain" instead.

I don't have a favourite in the Amazing Race yet either, the contestants are very OTT this time around!
