wanted to buy: sleep!! will trade children or hubby
I had a m/c on Late wed night, hormones are still racing etc. Hardly anyone actually knew we were pg as I have had a m/c before and I try to wait until I know everything is ok before telling other family members.

DH was out on Thurs night and he told 2 of his sisters and they were instructed that this is our news and not to tell people please. So we get a ph call to say that one of the sisters has told another sister (whom does not speak to me) in a conversation. I am just so angry with that, how would someone m/c be an ordinary conversation. I feel like she had violated my privacy as I am still coming to terms with the m/c and really find it hard to speak about it.

So would you be feeling the same way or am I just being way too sensitive??

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I can't imagine what you are going through.

I think that because you specifically told your sisters not to tell anyone, that they have broken your trust. So no you are not over-reacting. Especially as they would know you don't talk to your other sister, and it is such a personal issue.

Thanks,

DH sms'd his MIL and her reaction was basically she should have known that she would have said something. Understandably so but still I am angry

What I don't get is how could she have a conversation with someone who obviously shuns me, and yet apparently they had a good ole conversation involving me.......

You're not over-reacting. Your sil has a big mouth, I wouldn't trust her with any more 'secrets'. Poor form too for whoever it was who rang you to tell you that she'd blabbed.

Ignore them and take care of yourself, you deserve some pampering and extra sensitivity at this very sad time. You have my sympathy on your m/c and I wish you all the best for the future.

I should actually say it was the sister who had actually told the SIL that rang to say oh BTW I told so and so you had a m/c...

I hope the anger is still lingering tomorrow as I don't want to hear her say sorry, because I am not too sure how restrained I may be........
