Hi does anyone know where you buy this style of seat in Australia or if equivalent available in Australia where from and how much?:
![]() I need one for our downstairs toilet which is the main toilet used in the house - I don't want to be putting in or lifting out the other style toilet adapters. This would be easy as it flips up. Thanks - Karen |

A fellow Eb'er bought one off ebay. I think the one she got was actually alot nicer than the ones that you've shown.
Hmm..just did a search of ebay but can't seem to find the one that she bought. I'll PM her and see if she'll post where she got it from. This post has been edited by X-mum: 28/06/2007, 07:03 PM |

I have one which I got from Aldi for $29.00.
Bunnings also carry these types of seats but I think that you would be looking more at the $70 mark there. Caz |

I saw these at Bunnings a few months ago - I thought the price was around $38. (?)

I saw them at Baby Bunting in melb, so probably any of your big baby stores would have them.

I couldn't find them at any baby store but picked one up at Bunnings a few weeks ago for $34.95.

I'm the Eb'er who bought off ebay. I actually loved it so much I ended up getting 4. It's MDF instead of plastic so it is very stable, and there is no chance of bending or cracking. It's so awesome, and neat. I hated the idea of having to put things on the toilet and then move it away everytime someone wanted to use the toilet.

I can't see any there at the moment but they do pop up regularly. It's also available at amazon.com but a bit more expensive. Edited to add photos. Thanks everyone. We have a Bunnings just up the road - I'll check it out this morning and see if they have any and the cost. Cvgirl I like the look of the one you have - do you know if it has a brand name?

We installed one at our old house. I got it from Tradelink and it was around $35 (that was over 2 years ago though).
It wasn't the nice all white one though like PP's, it had the red todler seat that flipped up. |

Hi
I have product names and prices from Bunnings: The Universal Toilet Trainer (Spotless Bathroom Products) $34.94 This is an all white hard plastic toilet seat with built in toddler seat (which is also detachable). Update: found cheaper at Baby Bunting $29.99. Rymax Family Seat As per cvgirls photos above. $69.98 So if you can get on ebay for half price well worth it. Note: says on packaging that you cannot get any bleach based product on it. Hope this helps someone else! - Karen This post has been edited by k_mailbx: 30/06/2007, 10:46 AM |
