 How to make Hot Lemon Drink ? |

I love lemons, But unfortunately, we don't have a tree, or have enough room for one in the garden.
Lucky me, I was given some lemons and I also have a rotton head cold ATM. Soooo, how do you make a hot lemon drink please ???  I know it must be basic, but Mum used to make them for us, and I have no idea, other than hot water.When do you add the lemon etc, at the end, or pop it in and let it simmer in a pan, sort of ??? huh, huh Can anyone enlighten me please, TIA. |

|
I just put honey and lemon juice in a mug and add hot water and adjust the honey and lemon to taste. I think some people sometimes add a dash of whiskey as well.

Squirt of honey, slices of lemon and a whole squeezed one then hot water...
Whiskey sounds good too
