Yep, I make it using the fresh lasagne sheets from the cold section.
I like my lasagne with a lot of layers, so use the 8 sheets (or more Tounge1.gif )

I use quite a bit of cheese sauce and add it to every 2nd layer and then pour a heap on the top.

Here is my lasagne slow cooker recipe. I got it off EB, but can't remember where, so sorry for not crediting the creator!

About 400g mince
1 large onion
1 clove garlic crushed
Grated celery, carrot
1 large jar pasta sauce
1 tin chopped tomatoes (400g tin)
sprinkle of italian herbs
250 g cottage cheese (or 500g if you want to put a layer in the middle)
mozzarella and/or tasty cheese

Cook the mince, onion, garlic, celery, carrot until the mince is cooked. Mix through the tomatoes, pasta sauce and herbs (but don’t cook any longer).

Layer into crockpot with dried lasagne sheets and top with cottage cheese (or put a layer in the middle if you are using 500g) and a mixture (or one or the other) of the cheese.

Cook for about 7-8 hrs on low.

This is delicious - I could never have imagined lasagne in the slow cooker would taste this good.

Enjoy!
