Hi everyone.
We are looking at adding one room - about 3.5 x 3.5 onto our house as an office / workspace. It will go onto the back of the master bedroom and have external access through double doors and one single internal door. The house is brick with a tin roof, but we would mybe consider using timber / timber look for the room as it would fit with the country feel of the house. I know you can't give prices but does anyone have a guesstimate for a room this size? TIA. Sharyn |

I don't know if this helps but we have had an estimate of about $35,000 to add a room 4.5 x 5 metres onto a weatherboard house. That's without french doors/bi folds etc (ours is a living room).
