whale oil beef hooked!
Remember excercise is your friend!

I enjoy alot of yummy food that most dieters would cringe at, I have take away at least once a week, occasionally have chips, bikkies, ice cream etc I just make sure I burn it off with excercise. On Sunday I really overindulged, I had 4 gingerbread men and for dinner had 3 pieces of KFC original recipe and a handful of chips but I have still lost a kilo this week.

I have become a big fan of interval training that combines cardio with strength building excercise. For a few weeks I did the Jillian Anderson 30 day shred workouts at least 4-5 times a week. They are only 20 minute workouts that don't need alot of space and so easy to find the time to do.
I am now at the point that I am wanting to workout harder and longer. I am still 100 kg but I feel so fit and strong, it's wonderful.

I hope this doesn't come across as preachy, I just wanted to let you know how invaluable excercise has been for me.
