For those of you who have had labels made - woven, printed, whatever - what do they look like?

Would you care to share a picture?

I am seeking inspiration and also wanting to get a better idea of the finish and fabrics - heat cut, folded, satin, damask etc and how they look on the finished label.

Oh, and has anyone used self adhesive fabric labels - do they stick well?
