How was your wknd Mel. Did you have a good time with your brother over?

It's already 10.30 and I'm in need of nanna nap. I was up late applying for some jobs. I want to go back to work. I'm getting moody just being at home. I was going to stay home until the boys went to school, but that will do my head in I think and I want to finish the house and yard and it's too hard on one wage and I'm soooo impatient. So hopefully someone calls me back.

Went shopping in the city on Sat(gotta love the sales) and walked to Southbank and took Cohen on the City Cat. He loved it. Aston spent the day doing things with dad.

Just put Aston to bed ,but my other evil child is being so silly this morning.
Cohen has been so naughty lately and so sooky. I'm getting real sick of it.

My weekend was pretty good Sandra. Actually had quite early nights... Sunday I went to DFO at Jindalee, picked up a cool pair of shoes for $10 and some junk jewellery... score. Want to go back there wednesday when I get paid! A few other things caught my eye.

Not much planned for the week... considering a new piercing Can't afford the tattoo I want just yet though.

I've been invited out on the weekend, girls night out. But will depend if I can get a babysitter.

Oh I found head lice on Wil on friday EWWW Must have picked them up at daycare. So I picked out about 6, then shaved his head, picked out another one and some eggs, then coated his head in conditioner. I haven't found any more but I bought some tea tree oil and a nit comb and will keep an eye on him. The girls had none and neither do I, though I'm getting paranoia itching just thinking about it! Pretty good innings though, first time nits have been in the household, the girls have been lucky.

Well that bug lasted a bloody week. Thomas came down with it, he too like Ryan was not too bad but it lasted days and his was more the other end that didn't give up. A really weird strain. Then of course in the end I had to get it too, I too wasn't bad and was just other end but was a right off for a day, feeling crappy as and hardly moving. Lucky it was sunday and hubby was home for part of day (rest of day coping with footy runs)
So hopefully now it's all gone, everyone seems to be totally fine now. Missed so much last week.

Car won't be fixed until week after next. So no news yet.

Nothing much happening here. Same old stuff really.

Sandra, Hope you get a call back, what type of work was it you were going for?
I am enjoying being back at work. Seems to be working out perfectly hrs wise and taking a little strain off of us financially, not a lot, but a little and anything helps hey. But mentally I am enjoying it. A little bit of stimulation for the brain and I work with lovely people so feel very comfortable and at ease.
When do they leave home?? Don't males take longer to leave home, hahahaha

Mel, Oh no on the headlice. Little critters suck.
When Thomas had them not that long ago, a friend (who works doing displays for chemists) gave me Full Marks lotion (and a spray one too) Its good, has no smell and works in 10mins. Apply to dry hair. It's safer than the harsh ones, as it has no pesticides or something. It dehydrates the lice and they die. The comb is great too, nothing could get through them they are so close to each other.

Kristy sounds like the bug we have had.
Well craig and Miah were sick last week for 24 hours only... miah chucked once and then was fine. i got it monday night i just felt so sick and had 1 lot of the runs and that was it. My boys havent had it, fingers crossed they dont get it. It was really weird, not the usual gastro type bug.

Sandra, Ezekiel's been like that too... must be their age!

Mel, yuck headlice, i hope ezekiel doesnt get it from his cc, his hair is so thick i really would have to shave it off, and its too cold here to do that!

AFU well ezekiel's in cc 2 days a week now, coz craigs working away so much, hes basically away for the next 8 weeks but home on saturday arvo and sundays. Little Elias is so good still, sleeping great still. but still little. 5.4kgs at 17 weeks! he has had dermatitis on his face so we are waiting to see a dermatologist

Ezekiel is shocking atm his sleeping has been terrible. he has been waking everynight for the last 3 months and staying awake for up to 3 hours in the middle of the night... i thought babies were meant to do this not 2.5 year olds!!!

Miahs doing well, shes doing so well at school, smart little cookie she is!

Hope everyone else is ok. its freezing here and raining... my kids have all had colds, elias is on antibiotics, ezekiel probably needs to be, got to take him to the dr he has had a cold for 3 weeks now.
