Anyone used them..?
We have a someone coming tonight to talk to us about refinancing our current loan to free up some equity for renovations. Just wondering if anyone can offer any feedback on them or their service..? |

We just used them to buy a house.
We had fantastic service, everything was easy to understand, and the application and approval process was a breeze. I guess it depends on the individual broker, but i would recommend them to anyone. |

I have my home loan through them and have had no issues. They were great during the purchase process and very good at keeping me in the loop with what was happening.
Since actually having the house the few times I have had to call I have also had good service. Bel |

RAMs was bought out by westpac during the GFC, I have to wonder if you would get a better deal direct from Westpac or another top tier lender?

We used RAMS last year. We brought our house in April/May 2009. Had no worries whatsoever, our loan is through Westpac.
Great service everything from first contact till settlement was less than 4 weeks. |

For me with a small (haha) loan RAMs was cheaper then Westpac (this was after they were taken over) even when I took into account my staff discount with Westpac. They are targeting a different market and do have different rates and conditions. Bel |
