Ds is currently hooked on my cheesymite scrolls, which is great. But there is only one of him, and I make the dough in the breadmaker so they go stale before he gets through them.
Has anyone tried freezing them? |

I make and freeze them for kinder and DD still loves them. They are not as yummy or fresh but still perfectly fine.

I make pizza scrolls, cook them, and then freeze them.
They aren't as good, but still fine. |

They're edible - especially if you microwave them for 5-10 seconds.
However - I read somewhere the other day that adding a few tablespoons of instant potato helps keep them fresh! Not sure if it applies to frozen ones - but might be worth a go? |

I use to freeze my pizza scrolls 'raw' and then bake from the freezer. Super fresh and you only have to bake as many as you will use short-term. Maybe worth a go with your cheesymites??

you can buy frozen pizza dough at the shops, I am pretty sure that would have yeast in it. I think your raw cheesymite scrolls would be ok. If they're not, make sure that you let us know

I'm going to try the instant potato idea tomorrow and see how it goes. |

I made a batch of these this afternoon out of dough from my bread maker. I have just put them in the freezer and i thought i would just heat it up in the microwave, rather then just leaving it to thaw out.
Its the first time i have done it so not sure what they will be like? also its for dh and I (no kids) |
