Hi again, just looking at dhs last pay slip it says he has 149.01 (18.6) annual leave. I am assuming the 149.01 is hours what is the 18.6 i cant be days as it doesnt work out right. Thanks bec

Yes it does - based on an 8 hour day.

(149/8) = 18.6 days

Yes. It's 8 days.

He may start work from 9-6, with 1 hour lunch break. 8 hours a day.
