Hi all,

We are TTC number 2 and are already talking about the birth even though we haven't even conceived. DS1's birth didn't go as well as we had hoped so was wondering how we go about hiring a doula. Has anyone in NW tas used one? They don't seem as popular here in tassie as the mainland, maybe due to there not being many? I don't know.

Any thoughts?

Hi there,
I'm not sure there are any doulas on the NW Coast unsure.gif I know they weren't around when I had my children lol.

I do know of someone who does calmbirth classes though, not sure if that's what you're after. Will PM you her details and leave it with you. She's based in Burnie at the NWPH.
