Another vote for 'One Born Every Minute'. Apparently a second season has just screened in the UK, fingers crossed it'll be played here. I also love 'Long Way Down' and 'Long Way Round'. They're not an info-documentary as such, but rather a video-diary of a journey, and seeing some of the countries they visit, their cultures and the scenery is just incredible as they're places not many of us are likely to see.
