DD has been rather difficult to deal with at meal times over the past few months.
She sits on a booster seat strapped to a dining chair and sits with us at the table.
At almost every meal time she would eat a few mouthfuls before gettingfrustrated and throwing food around. It didn't matter how hungry she was she would just lose it and have a tantrum. DH and I were losing our minds and dreading every meal.

On a whim, I bought a kids wooden table with 2 chairs from kmart on Friday and ever since, dd has been eating like an angel!! She still tips her bowl upside down and she's tipped her chair back too far and fallen off twice but other than that, meal times have been quite peaceful!

She is so proud of her new setup and insists on doing EVERYTHING at her table. Drawing once a day has gone up to drawing 4 or 5 times a day!

She even dragged the two chairs AND the table into the kitchen tonight so she could be ready to eat when I'd finished cooking.

Who knew that's all it would take??!!
