I'm working through a lot of the recipes in the EDC and it certainly is giving me more confidence. I really enjoyed making the Hungarian Goulash, it was very nice and something that I would never have tried pre TMX. The meat was a bit dry so I'll need to source some better meat cuts.
Dp tried the icecream today but made with low fat milk, it's in the freezer, I wonder if it will work. I did notice it wasn't well blended as there were small bits of cocoa powder so extra mixing would have been better.
