Had to share - just got the "In the Mix" recipe book by Dani Valent. It features recipes from some of Australia's and the world's best chefs.
It is food porn - - some absolutely beautiful recipes and photos in it...and not every day family kind of food - but it's just amazing... can't wait to start cooking some of the things in it!!
Here's what I'm gagging to make:
Mojito cheesecakes
Banana Bavarois with oat Wafer and Salted Caramel Sauce
Deconstructed lemon meringue pie
Chicken Tagine with Couscous and Harissa
Crab and Prawn Polenta
Duck Liver Parfait, Gingerbread Crumbs and Chocolate Foam
