Congrats flyingkiwi!! I hope you're having a lovely time getting to know your new son - I bet Max is a lovely big brother!! I hope you're recovering ok from your c/s too

michie - I'm so sorry that you're having difficult times with your DD's sleep. Just keep thinking positive - you will get there, even though it seems like a long way off at the moment. The ideas that you have to help her with her sleep routine sound great. Asher now likes putting his teddies to bed when he goes to bed too, so we've started that as part of his sleep routine as well.
Sleep is a bit of an elusive holy grail with children - Asher didn't go to sleep until after 9 last night (I went to the gym and came home to find DH still stuffing around with DS in his room trying to get him to sleep - that was two hours later! And thats not the first time either!) He also got into our bed at 2am - there just isn't enough room in our bed anymore for everyone, so I got out and slept in his bed! So please don't feel alone in your struggles.

AFM - everything is going well. The difference between this baby and Asher inutero still surprises me - Asher would wake me up kicking almost every night by this point, but not so with this one! So much more quiet in general. Hope this bodes well after she is born
